We have started the dispatch process and tickets will be sent out by Royal Mail Tracked, or DHL Tracked for overseas delivery.
Once your tickets are on the way you will receive a tracking number from either Royal Mail/DHL via SMS and email.
The latest you should receive your tickets is 5 days before your match.
Please be aware that the tickets will be dispatched to the address provided during the purchase transaction via a tracked service.
If you do not receive your tickets please be aware that we have launched a print at home ticket service
Fans who have received their match tickets already in the post:
You need to do nothing. We look forward to seeing you at the ground and you should enter as normal
Fans who have not yet received their match tickets in the post:
If for any reason your match tickets have not yet arrived in the post or you have selected to collect at the venue box office, you can now print these tickets at home instead so that you have them immediately. What to do next:
- Please log into your ticketing account
- Go to the ‘my tickets’ tab’
- Select ‘Download’ for the tickets you need to print
Your physical tickets will be cancelled once you print your tickets at home.
